"Kicking off the White Shoes" - new documentary coming soon

The Ethos Foundation has many connections to the Gold Coast through our grant and public programs, and our consulting and volunteer work in the areas of community development, Local Living Economy and sustainability. We are proud to be included in a new documentary called “Kicking off the White Shoes” by local filmmaker Jeff Licence which is a series of stories about inspiring people working in art, culture and community on the Gold Coast. Ethos Foundation co-founder Sally MacKinnon is interviewed in the film along with Currumbin Ecovillage developer Chris Walton, Environmental Educator and musician Dominic Farnworth, Indigenous Publisher and Journalist Soula Middleton, Singer Songwriter Nadia Sunde, Community Movement Facilitator Meredith Elton, Author and Journalist Tim Baker and Mother’s Milkbank Founder and Midwife Marea Ryan.
