Our Experience

The Ethos Foundation’s team has extensive experience and skill in community development and engagement in the areas of education and learning, local economic and business development, water conservation, resource management, energy efficiency, sustainability, bush fire preparedness and low-carbon transition. Our work is often undertaken in politically-sensitive environments and we are skilled facilitators and connectors between households, communities, not for profit and community organisations, businesses, the media and government.

Many members of the Ethos Foundation team are skilled researchers in a number of fields including community engagement, participatory process, community development, water and resource sustainability, multi-stakeholder negotiation, community education, and arts and ecology.

The entire Ethos team has highly developed interpersonal and facilitation skills developed through formal education and practical experience.
